Working with Pauline and Learn to Grow was a pleasure from the start. We explained what we were looking for from a Wellbeing Programme, our concerns and time pressures and the proposal that came back was absolutely spot on from content through to the length of the sessions. The steps outlined in the sessions were all practical and manageable which kept the team interested and engaged. The focus was very much on finding what worked for the individual rather than trying to force a particular set of actions.  Pauline’s style is friendly and engaging but it is clear that she really knows what she’s doing, that meant that the team were happy to very open and share information freely – we felt that we were in safe hands! I have implemented a lot of the actions we went through and just a few weeks on I am already feeling the benefits.  I think the sessions have opened the door to more open communication among the team about the pressures of work and home during these uncertain times and I firmly believe that we are stronger for it.
